OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

The Easthampton Barbell Club is for those looking to increase their overall strength, speed, and mobility. Focused training on the snatch and clean & jerk along with general strength training protocols will make you the strongest version of yourself.  Now accepting new members from novice to experienced competitor.
