Co-Owner and Director of Training

Background: 6 years Crossfit coaching experience.

Background: 7.5 years of CrossFit, 6 years coaching; gymnastics, lacrosse and general shenanigans
Favorite CrossFit Movements: Olympic lifts (Clean & Jerk, Snatch), squats, burpees
Favorite WODs: Fran (it's a love/hate relationship), DT, lots of unnamed wods; I'll try anything at least once
What drives you to coach? "It energizes and motivates me to support others through their journey of improving strength, performance, health, motivation and confidence. I feel lucky to be a part of others' personal growth and such an amazing community of athletes."
Background: Currently in school for strength and conditioning. Learned Crossfit during 6 years as an active duty Army servicemember.

What drives you to coach? I love to coach because I like when people realize their potential. I love to help bring out that confidence by pushing people to go hard, and see them achieve more than they think is possible.

Background: High school and collegiate athlete. Life-long fitness enthusiast. Former personal trainer.

Background: Six years of traveling the country as a drop-in athlete in every CF location I could find.
