:60'second couch stretch
:60 second super man stretch
:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) warm up 
3 rounds of:
250m row
10 Bb good mornings
10 Bb back squats
10 sit-ups
10 ring rows
10 push-ups

 

C.) 3 rounds for time in teams of 2
800m run(400m per athlete)
50 wall balls
40 push-ups
30 weighted sit-ups 45/25

 

D.) Mobilize/cool down row
