A.) Mobility
:60 Second couch stretch
:60 Second pigeon stretch
:60 Second on band distraction

 

B.) Warm up: 3 rounds standard warm-up 
10 air squats
10 good mornings
10 sit ups
10 push ups
10 ring rows

 

C.) 20 minute open skill/make up a lift from this past week

 

D.) 5 minutes run prep

 

E.) In teams of 2 4 rounds for time:
500m row
400m run
(1 partner works at a time, split distances evenly)
