:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) warm up: 500m row
15 wall balls
15 sit-ups
10 box jumps 
15 Kb swings

400 m run

 

C.) In teams of 2 for time 
50-40-30-20-10
Wall balls 20/14
Box jumps 24/20
Russian KB swings 55/35
(1 partner works at a time, split reps evenly, scale as needed)

 

D.) cool down row/mobilize
