Day 4: Pull-ups/ring rows
Day 5: Thrusters 95/63
Day 6: Toes to bar/ leg raises
Day 7: power snatch 95/63
Day 8: Handstand push-ups/db pushpress
Day 9: Paralette push-ups/push-ups 
Day 10: weighted walking lunges 55/35
Day 11: man makers 35/20
Day 12: Wall walks
