:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) Warm up 2 rounds of 
200m run
10 Kb swings
10 air squats 
10 box jumps
10 sit-ups 
10 ring rows
5 push-ups

 

C.) run prep 5 mins

 

D.) 10 minute amrap
200m run
3 rope climbs/planks climbs 
4 manmakers 35/20
6 box jump overs 
Rest 5 minutes and repeat

 

E.) mobilize
