B.) Warmup 2 rounds of 200m row 5 handstand kick ups 10 wall balls 5 press 5 push press

C.) strict press 3x10 @50% (DELOAD! Work 3 sets across at 50%)

D.) Push press 3x8 @60% (Sets across! Not building)

E.) 5 minute amrap 200m run 5 handstand push-ups/Db Push press 10 burpees (Rest 2 minutes) 5 minute armap 200m run 5 hand stand push-ups/Db push press 10 kettlebell swings 55/35 (Rest 2 minutes) 5 minute amrap 200m run 5 handstand push-ups/ Db push press 10 push-ups (Scale as needed)
