A.) Mobility: :60 seconds Couch stretch :60 seconds banded hamstring :60 second banded ankle flexion

B.) Warmup 3 rounds of 250m row 15 double unders 10 wall balls 5 box jumps 10 Russian Kb swings 10 sit-ups 10 ring rows

C.) in teams of 2: 30 minute amrap: 400m run 20 burpees 20 box jump overs 20 toes to bar (1 athlete works at a time, break up reps evenly, scale as needed)

D.). 5 minute Cool down row/Mobilize
