10 sit-ups
10 ring rows

 

C.) Emom x12
Snatch+snatch+OHS
(If you don't have overhead squats down work on snatch doubles emom, pick a weight that allows you to execute with good technique)

 

D.) 21-15-9
Power snatch
Weighted sit-ups 25/15
**After each round complete 50 double unders (150 total)
(Scale as needed, sub 2:1 singles)

 

E.) 5 min cool down row/mobilize
