A.) mobility :60 second couch stretch :60 second oh band distraction :60 seconds t spine mobility

B.) 2 rounds of 250m row 10 Bb power snatches 10 Bb good mornings 10 kbs 10 sit-ups 10 ring rows

C.) Emom x12 Snatch+snatch+OHS (If you don't have overhead squats down work on snatch doubles emom, pick a weight that allows you to execute with good technique)

D.) 21-15-9 Power snatch Weighted sit-ups 25/15 **After each round complete 50 double unders (150 total) (Scale as needed, sub 2:1 singles)

E.) 5 min cool down row/mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
