B.) warmup: 2 rounds of 250m row 10 box jumps 10 goblet squats 10 Kb deadlifts 20 double unders

C.) Eomom x16 (8 sets) 4x 3 second pause back squats Start at 60% of your 1rm, and build every 2 sets)

D.) "Karen" 150 wall balls 20/14 (Scale reps and weight as needed, aim for sub 10 minutes)

E.) 5 min cook down row/mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
