ALL AFTERNOON CLASSES ARE CANCELLED DUE TO THE SNOWSTORM!

 

A.) Mobility 
:60 seconds couch stretch 
:60 second oh band distraction 
:60 second super front rack

 

B.) Warmup 
3 rounds of
250m row 
10 Bb power cleans 
10 Bb back squats 
10 sit-ups 
15 double unders 
10 ring rows 
200m run

 

C.) In teams of 2:

10 minute amrap:
10 burpees 
10 box jumps 
10 pull-ups 
(Rest 5 minutes)

 

12 minute amrap 
400m run 
100 double unders
(1 partner works at a time, split reps evenly, scale as needed)

 

***Optional snow day home workout***
8 minute amrap 
10 burpees 
15 sit-ups 
20 walking lunges 
(Rest 4 minutes)
8 minute amrap 
50 mountain climbers 
50 jumping jacks

 

D.) 5 min cook down row/mobilize
