A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 second oh band distraction :60 second super front rack

B.) Warmup 3 rounds of 250m row 10 Bb power cleans 10 Bb jerk/push press 10 sit-ups 15 double unders 10 ring rows

C.) Emom x 10 minutes Clean and jerk x2 (Use around 70% as your working weight,technique is the top priority, not max weight)

D.) 12 minute amrap 6 Push press 115/73 9 deadlifts 115/73 12 box jumps 24/20 (Scale weight as needed, pushpress and deadlift weight MUST be the same! This is an open wod!)

E.) 5 min cool down row/mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
