A.) Mobility 
:60 seconds couch stretch 
:60 second oh band distraction 
:60 second Hip floss

 

B.) Warmup 
2 rounds of
250m row 
5 box jumps 
10 Bb back squats 
10 sit-ups 
15 double unders 
10 ring rows 
200m run

 

C.) In teams of 2, 2 rounds for time:
1000m row 
100 weighted sit-ups 25/15
50 ring dips/box dips
50 burpees
60 bicep curls 75/53
(1 partner works at a time, split reps evenly, scale as needed)

 

D.) Mobilize
