A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 seconds super front rack

B.) warmup: 2 rounds of 200 row 5 box jumps 10 sit-ups 10 Kb deadlifts 10 Bb back squats 10 Bb push press

C.) Eomom x12 (6 sets) 4x 3 second pause front squats Start at 60-70%, and build if you can)

D.) Thruster 3-3-3 (Build to a heavy triple for the day)

E.) 21-15-9 Thruster 95/63 Wall balls 20/14 (Scale weights as needed)

F.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
