A.) Mobility:
:60 couch stretch 
:60 second oh band distraction
:60 second T spine w/ foam roller

 

B.) Warm up
10 reverse lunges 
10 banded good mornings
5 handstand kick ups 
10 kip swings 
10 Bb clean and jerk 
10 Russian Kb swings 
10 sit-ups

 

C.) 5 sets of 
Clean and jerk x2
(Warm up to your working weight, should be around 70-75% and build as technique allows)

 

D.) For time:
"Annie"
50-40-30-20-10
Sit-ups
Double unders
(Scale as needed, Sub 2:1 singles)
