A.) Mobility :60 second couch stretch :60 second pigeon :60 second Oh band distraction

B.) Warmup 2 rounds: 250m row 5 box jumps 10 Bb snatch 15 double unders 10 air squats 10 ring rows

C.) 4 sets of Snatch 1.1.1.1 ( build through 4 sets as technique allows)

D.) For time: 25 power snatches 75/53 20 sumo deadlift high pull 75/53 100 double unders 20 sumo deadlift high pull 75/53 25 power snatches 75/53 (Scale weights and reps as needed)
