A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 seconds hip floss :60 seconds banded ankle flexion

B.) Warmup 2 rounds of 250m row 10 walking lunges 10 Kb swings 5 burpees 10 box jumps 10 Ring rows 200m run

C.) In teams of 2 5 rounds for time: 25 Russian kettlebell swings 55/35 20 burpees 15 pull-ups/ring rows 10 renegade rows 50/35 (One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)

D.) 5 minute cool down row/mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
