A.) Mobility 
:60 seconds couch stretch 
:60 seconds pigeon stretch
:60 second Pry Squat

 

B.) warmup: 2 rounds of 
200 row 
10 Russian Kb swings 
5 box jumps 
10 sit-ups 
10 Kb deadlifts 
10 Bb back squats 
10 Bb push press
200m run

 

C.) Eomom x16 (8 sets) 3 back squats with a 32x1 tempo, 3 seconds on the way down, 2 seconds in the hole. 
Start around 60% and build if you can)

 

D.) 4 rounds for time:
15 Thrusters 95/63
15 weighted sit-ups 25/15
15 Russian Kb swings 55/35
(Scale as needed)

 

E.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize
