A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 seconds banded pigeon stretch :60 second Oh band distraction

B.) warmup: 2 rounds of 200 run 10 Russian Kb swings 5 box jumps 10 sit-ups 10 Ring rows 10 Air squats 10 Push-ups

C.) 10 minute amrap 200m run 10 box jumps 15 pull-ups

D.) 4 min amrap 10 Alt DB snatches 50/35 20 double unders

E.) 7 minute amrap 2 rope climbs 10 Russian twists(per side) 6 burpees (Scale as needed, rest 5 minutes between metcons)
