A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 seconds banded pigeon :60 second Banded ankle stretch

B.) warmup: 2 rounds of 200m row 10 air squats 10 Russian Kb swings 5 box jumps 10 Push press 10 Ring rows 10 Push-ups 200m run

C) In teams of 2: 3 rounds for time 1200m run (200m intervals) 50 wall balls 24/20 40 weighted sit-ups 25/15 30 ring push-ups (One partner works at a time, scale as needed)
