A.) Mobility
:60 second couch stretch
:60 second pigeon stretch 
:60 second banded hamstring

 

B.) Warmup

10 goblet squats 
10 Kb deadlift 
10 sit-ups 
10 ring rows

 

C.) Deadlift 
5-5-5-5-5
Start around 60% and build, if you feel good about your deadlift numbers, aim for around 70% as your starting point

 

D.) 5 rounds for time 
8 deadlifts 185/113
10 box jumps 24/20
25 double unders


E.) 5 min cool down row/mobilize
