B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 250m row 10 Bb power snatch 10 jumping air squats 10 kbs 10 Kb dl 10 box jumps 10 ring rows

C.) Emom x 12 Snatch 1.1 Choose a weight around 70% or moderately heavy and use that for all 12 mins)

D.) 10 minute amrap 25 double unders 10 power snatch 95/63 (Scale as needed)
