C.) E3mom x18 (6 sets) Back squat x8 reps (Choose a weight around 60-65%

D.) 2 sets for max reps Back squat 50% for max reps Rest 4 minutes and repeat

E.) 21-15-9 Wall balls 20/14 Calorie row (Scale as needed)
