A.) Mobility :60 second couch Stretch :60 second hip floss :60 second oh band distraction

B.) Warmup 2 rounds of 200m row 200m run 10 box jumps 10 wall balls 5 handstand kick ups

C) in teams of 2: 5 rounds for time 600m run 30 wall balls 24/20 20 pull-ups/ring rows 100m box carries (10m intervals) (One partner works at a time, split reps evenly, scale as needed)
