C.) Emomx 16 minutes: 
Even: 10 incline bench press 
Odd: 10 BB bicep curls 
(choose weights for bench and curls that you can hold, but will challenge you throughout)


D.) 5 sets of 3 minute amraps
100m run
12 DB Pushups
8 renegade rows 50/35
Rest 2 minutes


E.) 3 sets of banded triceps pulldowns x25 reps
