:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) Warmup:

200m run
10 Wall balls 
10 sit-ups 
15 double unders 
5 box jumps 
10 ring rows

 

C.) In teams of 2:
4 rounds for time 
600m run
50 double unders (each)
40 med ball cleans 20/14
30 pull-ups/ ring rows
20 box jump overs 24/20

 

D.) 5 minute cool down row/ Mobilize
