15 double unders 
10 box jumps 
10 pushups

 

C.) Strict press 
6-6-5-5-4
(Start around 65% and build through 5 sets to a heavy set of 4)

 

D.) 20 minute amrap
15 Russian kB swings 
12 mountain climbers per side 
9 sit-ups 
6 handstand push-ups 
3 man makers 50/35

 

E.)5 minute cool down row/ Mobilize
