B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 200m run 10 bb Power snatch 10 sit ups 15 double unders 5 box jumps 10 ring rows 10 pushups

C.) In teams of 2: 20 minute amrap 5 burpees 7 Push press 95/63 9 Kettlebell swings 55/35 (While partner A works, Partner B will run 300m, athletes switch when runner returns, athletes pick up where their partner left off)

D.) 5 minute cool down row/ Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshu
