C.) “Murph” 1 Mile run 100 pull-ups 200 pushups 300 air squats 1 Mile run (Plenty of scaling options for this workout such as 1/2 Murph, so I encourage everyone to come out and participate in this annual workout, breakdowns of all scaling options and strategies in class)
