A.) Mobility 
:60 seconds couch stretch 
:60 seconds banded bully
:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) Warmup:
2 rounds of
100m run
5 handstand kick ups 
20m kB waiters carry (per arm)
10 bb push press 
15 double unders 
10 box jumps 
10 Russian kB swings

 

C.) Strict press 4x6
(Warm up to a weight around 70% and hold for 4 sets of 4 reps)

 

D.) 5 sets for times:
200m run
15 power clean 95/63
10 push press 95/63
(Rest 3 minutes between sets)
Scale as needed

 

E.)5 minute cool down row/ Mobilize
