B.) Warm up:
10 rounds of “Rowling”!!!

500m row

Russian kettlebell swings 55/35
Tuck crunches 
Then

Handstand push-up/dB push press 
Pistols(30 total, not per leg)
Then 
21-15-9 
burpees 
Alt dB snatch 50/35
Then 500m row 
(Scale as needed, sub 400m run if rowers are taken up)
