B.) Warm up: 10 rounds of “Rowling”!!!

C.)For time: 500m row Then 21-15-9 Russian kettlebell swings 55/35 Tuck crunches Then 15-10-5 Handstand push-up/dB push press Pistols(30 total, not per leg) Then 21-15-9 burpees Alt dB snatch 50/35 Then 500m row (Scale as needed, sub 400m run if rowers are taken up)
