C.) In teams of 2: For time 
1 Mile run (200m intervals)
100 double unders 
100 power cleans 135/93
100 double unders 
1 Mile run (200m intervals)
(one partner works at a time, split reps evenly,scale as needed)


D.) 5 minute cool down row/ Mobilize
