B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 200m run 10 bb Power clean 10 sit ups 15 double unders 10 box jumps 10 ring rows 10 pushups

C.) In teams of 2: For time 1 Mile run (200m intervals) 100 double unders 100 power cleans 135/93 100 double unders 1 Mile run (200m intervals) (one partner works at a time, split reps evenly,scale as needed)
