:60 second oh band distraction

 

B.) Warmup:

200m run
10 bb Power clean 
10 bb push press 
15 double unders 
10 box jumps 
10 sit-ups 
10 ring rows 
10 pushups

 

C.) In teams of 2: 
30 minute amrap 
Alternating complete rounds of:
6 power cleans 115/73
5 push press 115/73
10 mountain climbers(per side)
200m run

 

D.) 5 minute cool down row/ Mobilize
