B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 200m run 10 dB push press 15 double unders 10 box jumps 10 sit-ups 10 ring rows 10 pushups

C.) In teams of 2: 10 minute amrap 10 wall balls 20/14 10 burpees 10 box jumps Rest 5 minutes 10 minute amrap 10 pull-ups 10 single arm dB clean and jerks 10 mountain climbers (per side) Rest 5 minutes For time: 1 Mile run (One partner works at a time)
