A.) Mobility:
:60 seconds couch stretch 
:60 second banded hamstring 
:60 seconds oh band distraction

 

B.) Warmup: 5 mins Run prep 
Then 
get with your teammate and warm up movements for the wod

 

C.) In teams of 2: 
100 double unders 
800m run
Then
8 rounds for time:
6 Handstand push-ups
6 Thrusters (95/65)
6 Toes to bar 
6 Deadlifts (185/115)
6 Burpees
6 Kettlebell swings(53/35
6 Pull-ups
Then
800m run
100 double unders 
(1 partner works at a time, partition reps equally
