B.) Warmup:

10 kB swings 
10 kB deadlift 
10 ring rows 
10 pushups

 

C.) 5 mins run prep

 

D.) In teams of 2: 
1000m row 
800m Run
40 burpees 
30 box jumps 
800m run 
30 box jumps 
40 burpees
800m run
1000m row

(one partner works at a time, partition reps equally)
