B.) Warmup 2 rounds: 250m row 10 goblet squats 10 kB deadlift 10 kB swings 10 dB push press 10 ring rows

C.) Eomom x12 (6 sets) 6 Thrusters 115/73 95/63 (Scale weight as needed, should be challenging)

D.) 30-20-10 Thruster 75/53 Box jump overs 24/20 (Thrusters should be light/light-moderate, Scale as needed)

E.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
