:60 second banded ankle

 

B.) Warmup:

15 double unders 
10 box jumps 
10 sit-ups 
10 kB swings 
10 kB deadlift 
10 ring rows 
10 pushups

 

C.) 8 minute amrap 
10 box jumps 24/20 
100m run 
Then Rest 4 minutes

 

D.) 50 deadlifts for time 
225/153
Rest 4 minutes

 

E.) 8 minute amrap 
100m run 
20 ring pushups

 

F.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize
