A.) Mobility :60 seconds couch stretch :60 seconds super front rack :60 second calf stretch

B.) Warmup: 2 rounds of 200m run 10 wall balls 15 double unders 10 box jumps 10 sit-ups 10 kB swings 10 kB deadlift 10 ring rows 10 pushups

C.) In teams of 2: 10 rounds for time 8 power cleans 135/93 10 burpees 12 weighted sit-ups 35/25 (partner holds feet) 200m run (One partner works at a time, split reps equally, Scale as needed)

D.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
