A.) Mobility :60 second couch stretch :60 second banded hamstring :60 second super front rack

B.) Warm up: emom x8 Even 10 partner medball clean and toss Odd: 15 Russian kB swings

C.) E3mom x15 Front squat with 3second pause at the bottom x4 reps (Choose a weight around 60-70%and hold across 5 sets)

D.) 50-40-30-20-10 Air squats Sit-ups Double unders (Scale as needed)

E.) 4 sets of: Single leg RDLs x10 per leg Superset with 20 walking lunges (Rest 90 seconds between sets) Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
