:60 seconds oh band distraction 
:60 seconds banded hamstring stretch 
:60 second banded calf stretch

 

B.) Warmup:
2 rounds of
200m run
10 wall balls 
15 double unders 
10 box jumps 
10 sit-ups 
10 kB swings 
10 kB deadlift 
10 ring rows 
10 pushups

 

C.) In teams of 2:
50 power snatch 95/63
50 wall balls 20/14
50 pull-ups 
50 kB swings 
50 sumo deadlift high pull 95/63
50 Thrusters 95/63
(One partner works at a time, split reps equally, keep one barbell weight for all movements)

 

D.) 5 min cool down row/Mobilize
