C.) In teams of 2: 50 power snatch 95/63 50 wall balls 20/14 50 pull-ups 50 kB swings 50 sumo deadlift high pull 95/63 50 Thrusters 95/63 (One partner works at a time, split reps equally, keep one barbell weight for all movements)
