Station 2:10 Russian kB swings 
Station 3: 12 banded good mornings

 

C.) Deadlift 
8-6-5-4
Start around 50% and build to a heavy set of 4

 

D.) 12 minute amrap 
12 deadlifts 185/113
12 box jump overs 24/20
12 weighted sit-ups 25/15

E.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize
