B.) warm up 12 minute emom Station 1: 12 kB deadlift Station 2:10 Russian kB swings Station 3: 12 banded good mornings

C.) Deadlift 8-6-5-4 Start around 50% and build to a heavy set of 4

D.) 12 minute amrap 12 deadlifts 185/113 12 box jump overs 24/20 12 weighted sit-ups 25/15 (Scale as needed)

E.) 5 minute cool down row/Mobilize Have fun, work hard, work smart, get strong, and #Trusttheprogram Coach Joshua
