A.) Mobility :60 seconds banded hamstring :60 seconds sink mobility :60 seconds banded ankle

B.) Warmup: 5 minutes of run prep

C.) Death by 10m (20 minute cap) Minute 1: 10m shuttle sprint Minute 2: 20m shuttle sprint Minute 3: 30m shuttle sprint Etc. (You are eliminated once you can no longer complete the work in the given minute)

D.) Death by burpee Minute 1: 1 burpee Minute 2: 2 burpees Etc (You are eliminated once you can no longer complete the work in the given minute)

E.) 4 sets of: :60 second body weight plant Superset with :30 second side plank/side **Our very own young Cameron neary leaves for his freshman year of college at Framingham state, this wods for you bud!
