:60 second oh band distraction
:60 second banded ankle

 

B.) In teams of 2: 4 rounds (2 each) Alternating of:
100m row 
100m run
10 sit-ups 
10 ring rows

 

C.) in teams of 2: 3 rounds for time:
400m run 
40 pull-ups 
(One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)

 

D.) In teams of 2: 3 rounds for time:
50 cal row 
30 burpees
(One partner works at a time, split reps evenly)

 

E.) In teams of 2 For time: 
150 toes to bar 
(Split reps equally, One partner works at a time)

 

F.) 5 min cool down row/Mobilize
