A.) Mobility
:60 seconds couch stretch
:60 second banded hamstring 
:60 seconds oh band distraction

 

B.) Warmup In teams of 2: complete 3 rounds alternating each of:
100m run
10 wall balls
5 box jumps 
5 burpees

 

C.) In teams of 2: 
Rotating through each station for 25 minutes
Station 1: max rope climbs 
Station 2: max burpees
Station 3: max 10m shuttle sprints 
Station 4: max handstand pushups
Station 5: rest 
(One partner works at a time, accumulate max reps at each station

 

D.) Mobilize 
Have fun, work hard, work smart, push yourself, and #Trusttheprogram
